We’re pleased to offer free delivery across the UK on all orders.

  • Delivery Locations:
    We currently deliver throughout the UK. For international orders, please get in touch prior to purchasing so we can arrange delivery manually.

  • Delivery Method:
    All orders are sent via a reliable courier service. We work with a range of trusted couriers to ensure your item arrives safely and on time.

  • Convenient Scheduling:
    Wherever possible, we’ll coordinate delivery for a day that suits you. We’ll be in touch to make arrangements once your order is ready to ship.

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    For in-stock items, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery.
    For custom or made-to-order artwork, the lead time is typically 2–4 weeks before dispatch.

  • Tracking:
    You will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s a problem, we’re here to help.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — without needing to give a reason.

To exercise this right, please email us at sales@ithinkabstract.com within the 14-day window. We’ll guide you through the return process.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage — whichever comes first.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Returns Window:
    You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Conditions:
    Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

  • How to Return:
    To begin a return, email sales@ithinkabstract.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  • Return Shipping:
    Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds:
    Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and no later than 14 days after we receive the return or proof of return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or made-to-order artwork

  • Sale items (if applicable)
